I will never purchase an LG appliance again. Nor will I ever do business at Conn's again. Both have zero customer service. In October 2006 we purchased an LG dishwasher. That is when the nightmare began. We bought it from Conn's (a fitting name by the way). 33 days after we bought it, we got an "LE" message on the LCD display.
