I’ve found Submitwebsite.com on a request for quote site. I had numerous qualification calls to ensure he was the right fit. Submit website took my payment and did nothing. He knew since I am several thousand miles away, given the nature of online marketing, that there was nothing I could do. Submitwebsite is a con artist. He never tried to resolve and make good.
