I have been with this software with various versions since 1994. Their last version worked well although support has always been questionable. We have always worked through the software issues mostly on our own. Purchased the upgrade of Chiro 8000 almost a year ago. I still cannot use it. We asked for offices using the new software and amazingly the offices they referred us to had many complaints as well. The new software is not user friendly and just won't work. Once one this is corrected another arises. I am giving up. May talk to a lawyer to see how to start a class action. read full review »
