Went to add an additional option onto phone plan which cost $5 a month and the monthly price jumped up $10 a month. When I went to call the company, their automated system would not patch me through to a live person. I hit "0" 4 or 5 times and the recording kept saying that it could help me faster. In addition, their website kept crashing even though I was referred there. The phone service for this company is adequate but the customer service completely sucks. Their support is awful.
