I paid for the Quantum Cookbook and did not receive any program that I can use on my computer. Alan said to use the program for 3 months then ask for a refund. I do not recive a program that I could use for 3 months. I believe htat my complaint is quite simple and it looks like Alan is just incompetent. I need help.
