Apparently someone in a key position within the Sears service organization believes they practice good customer service. We'll, having placed two different service calls now, on the same applicance, with both being very poor experiences, I am very under-whelmed...!!! We installed new Kenmore appliances in our kitchen because we believed they were the best for the money.
