I purchased a $4.24 book on 9/8/09. On 9/8/09, 10/7/09, 11/9/09, and 12/28/09 I was billed $19.95. When I called the company, they told me this fee was for a membership that I was never advised of or given an opportunity to decline. They refused to refund the money.
