I purchased a phone and accessories through the Metro PCS website and when I got the package there was NO PHONE, only the accessories. There was an invoice saying that they sent a phone and the accessories so the phone should of being there. I immediately called Metro PCS to let them know about my issue. Well my issue wasn't resolved and it has been over a week now and still they haven't resolved my issue.
