A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! Customers BEWARE, they charge you for the "free" pillows ($120) if you decide to return anything! I returned a mattress 2 months ago and still have not received a refund. They will not give me any information when I call, instead put me on hold until I give up and hang up (1/2 hr later!) and say that they will call back and never do. They have not responded to any of my calls or the BBB. I am getting ready to sue them for the amount they owe me. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! read full review »
