I've been using the product, TINNIFIX, for quite some time. It has helped me. After not receiving the product I contacted them telephonically. Arrangements were that they would start again and product would be mailed out the 15th of December (2009). The payment was taken from my account but I never received the product. I have tried calling and was given a different number which would never connect. I finnaly was able to get through and was given the web site, [email protected] via an automated message.
