Franklin Smith is an African-American man who is a liar, cheat, thief, manipulator and a con artist of the highest magnitude! Masquerading as a scrap items business, claiming to have scrap computers, scrap monitors, scrap printers, etc. He lies that he can deliver large quantities of these items as long as you give him a deposit.
