We had to take a ring in to be serviced when we went to pick the ring up we noticedthe diamond didn't look the same when we asked that they verify the serial number on the diamond they were unable to. to make a long story short it has been going on three weeks and I still have not got my ring back and I am very disatisfied with the customer service that followed this problem needless to say I will not patronize Kay jewler or Sterling Jewlers subsidiraries in the future. read full review »
