I had a call form Academy Collections and made 2 payments in June totaling $1, 600 and said that since I made these 2 in good faith I could then start making monthly payments in August. They told me okay and that I would receive a letter 7-10 days prior to anything being taken out. I wrote all this down, yet they took monies out in July - without notifying me - causing checks to bounce. I am now on a payment plan - but have not received any notices since October even though they have taken payments in November and December. read full review »
