Brought a leaher recliner couch that is very uncomfortable to sit in. It's extremley deep and the back reclines so far back you have to slouch to sit in it customer. They said nothing was wrong with the couch and would take it back for a relacement of a different type of couch. The couch is less then a month old. The couch could have been brought back to the store for a display. I would never recomend them to anyone. This should not have been a problem, but they really must not care about we customers very much. read full review »
