I am furious with your own automated acct system. First of all, your computer generated voice will try to take over the conversation. I haave NEVER been able to get this system to take me to where I want to go. I have to press "operator" repeatedly to get "THE VOICE" attention and then it asks all kinds of info that is again asked when I finally get to the Customer Care agent. If I have bungled, somehow, and get to the "WRONG" person I am penalized by having to go back on hold and listen to the computer generated... read full review »
