Chase Bank and was paying the minimum. Suddenly they were not taking my payments, when I called they said the debt had been mistakenly charged off. I kept trying to reinstate my payments..a year later Allied calls and wants some big payments for Chase. I sent a couple then found out that my credit report still showed "charged Off" for Chase and Allied was not reporting my new payments. Their rep verified that they do not report to the credit bureaus but they do still make the collection calls and take legal action. read full review »
