We have been insured by Fred Loya for over two years. Yesterday we called them to change our bank draft information for the upcoming payment. They emailed the form and required us to call them back. Today, they have not changed the bank information. We called them and they can't stop the draft scheduled for next Wednesday.We pleaded with them to stop the draft of that account because it will cost us a NSF charge of $35 on top of their payment amount and their fee for the NSF.
