Complete scam. I live in the St Louis area and saw a car on ebay classifieds. Contacted them and told them I had a certain car for trade and wanted to know if financially the deal would work depending on seeing the cars firsthand. Stephanie told me that they would have to see the car but would consider the deal I put together. Insisted that I bring my car in. Finally I gave in and they took my keys and they disappeared.
