Purchased items from E-Cig.com (China location) and received entirely wrong items, including wrong amounts (I ordered/paid for their larger bottles, they sent me their smaller bottles) plus they had items missing entirely from from order. Asked nicely for the order to be rectified but they refused to acknowledge their error. Do a search on-line (other people have posted complaints in various locations on-line.)
