Here's a followup to my post I made on 6 Sep. On 7 Sep, Alphanex agreed via email to credit my account $56, but did not do so. I contacted my credit card company to resolve this. They said I had to wait 30 days from the date that Alphanex said they would credit the account before they could take action. So, I waited with no credit for $56 hitting my account. Again, I called my credit card company. They sent me the appropriate paperwork which I filled out and returned with receipts and copies of emails and phone bills. More waiting. I... read full review »
