I guess I should have read these reviews before I ever gave them a call. My pump was/is turning its self off after it runs for about 10-15 minutes. the tech showed up while I was at work and my son was home. I told my son what the concern was and he in turn told the tech. I started to make my way home and about 15 minutes later my son called me back and told me the tech said that everything was ok. i asked to speak with the tech and he told me the same, that he got the pump running and that everything was working ok.
