Terrible customer service. Purchased a piece of luggage. Charged same day but received about a week later. Didn't use it for about 3 weeks because I wasn't traveling but when I did travel I realized the luggage was terrible constructed and/or defective. The wheels make the entire rolling mechanism useless. Called Altman but they told me I was outside the 30 day return policy and they refused to do anything -- repair, replace, or refund. Rude and unhelpful. Told me to call the manufacturer, but it is there responsibility to sell products that are not defective. read full review »
