I was charged twice $ 99.99 by Symantec for removing a virus from my pc and charged $ 139.99 for removing a virus and for an annual renewal fee which I didnot agree to. I called Symantec and talked to a customer service rep and he agreed that Symantec did owe me the money. I asked them to send a fax to release my funds but was informed that this company does not fax. read full review »
