Missed my payment deadline in December of 2008, received a notice that my coverage was cancelled as of 12/24/08. Reinstated my Insurance coverage on 12/26/08 and received another cancellation notice on 1/26/09 stating that my premium was not received. When I reinstated my insurance with Sales & Marketing Associate (Ray G. Sabino) did not request nor mention any additional dues, other than what was required in the system to bring my policy up to date. read full review »
