On 30 August I ordered 2 sets of split box springs for my 2 queen beds. Sarah, the store rep, told me that all of the Sleepy's computers were down because of the "huge sale - the biggest sales date of the year" and the sheer volume of transactions. She assured me that she would be able to order them for me and would call me that evening.
