Money was taken from my account without my being aware this would happen. I was told on the website that I would be charged a one time fee of $1.99 for a CD that would help me get a grant. After talking with the customer service person who seemed to have no information for me other than I have been charged $58.61 after a seven day trial and $13.42 for an SBA news letter I never recieved in my email, which I had no Idea I was to recieve. Nor was I given a reason why I hadn't recieved any services. He did say they had my money though. Dang I need that $71.03 for something like food, gas, entertainment, and bills. read full review »
