Amcom is a poor example of online shopping. I ordered a motherboard and CPU from them. After 1 1/2 months of listening to excuses for not shipping my order I canceled the order. To this day they have not refunded my money; one excuse was they changed the company that handles their finances, and would mail me a check. Since then they have contunued to lie about sending the check. I have refered this matter to my bank as well as the Hayward City Attorney.
