Folks, this is a positive outcome. After several emails with Kitchen Carolina and lodging a dispute with my Visa Credit Card company, and a complaint with the NC Attorney General, we were refunded fully the 50% we had put down on our kitchen. I have since pulled my Attorney General complaint and Visa. It could have been much worse and I hope things work out for others. I would like to thank Kitchen Carolina for acting in this way.
