I also was ripped off from the website Ioffer I purchased through the website Paypal I purchased a pair of boots from a seller on Ioffer for the amount of $75.00 3 weeks later I recieved a package with the same tracking number and recieved a braclet with the written value of $10.00 Paypal told me they couuld not help me nor reemberse me after I filed several complaints to them and vebally spoke to them Ioffer never responded to my complaints nor did the seller who dissapeared from their site and removed their information so they... read full review »
