I purchased a new phone September 14, 2009 and inquired about texting and the charge. I was told they could add in to my service and /or charge me 15 cents for each text. I told them that I may try it first and did so. I did text a few messages. Than I noticed I was being charges in October, 2009 for $9.99. I let it slide that month, but have been noticing a charge each month for that amount from 73299-Generaltext. I went to the Alltel office and disputed the charge.
