I have been doing business with this company for awhile now and so far have been satisfied until my most recent order. I placed it on 1/5/10 only to be contacted on 1/12/10 and told that my order was being voided because they did not have the item in stock that I had chosen. They did go ahead and credt me store dollars to go back in and purchase something else. I did this on the same day, 1/12/10. It is now 1/15/10 and my order still has not shipped.
