Every morning at around 8am as I walk to work these traffic agents are either talking on their cellphones or underneath apt building awnings talking to the doormen.They have been doing this every morning for the last 4 or 5 weeks.They are not doing what they are paid to do and I think it is a total waste of tax payers money.Please can some body correct this problem as I will be keeping an eye out .Thank you. read full review »
