Chase bought my mortgage June 11, 2008. I Make 1/2 a payment every other Friday (which gives me an extra payment every year) and have done this since the beginning. In June 2009 I get a phone call from the "collections dept" claiming that I am 2 payments behind. I explain to him about sending 2 pmnts per mo, etc. But he can't transfer me to someone that can help me, I have call another number. They tell me that I am 1 payment behind. They need 6 months of bank statements showing my payments. I print out 6 months of online... read full review »
