DO NOT get Time Warner Cable if at all possible. I've had it for 3 years, it always goes out in bad weather, and then they take a week to get out and fix it. Well, I decided to try and get AT&T, but after they installed everything, it was decided our area wasn't picking up the signal so it would not work. All the while Time Warner HAD NOT been cancelled yet, they just needed to come plug it back in.
