I perchased Magic Jack (MJ) at one of the Best Buy outlet in CA during my visit to US. After getting back from US i installed it and it worked fine initially. I use it in my laptop and obviously unplug when i travel. Three weeks back it suddenly stopped working. i visited their web and find update for Window 7 which never worked. and i talked online with one of their agent, he asked to do this and that..install some thing...and gave up and pass to higher level...the prob was solved using the remote assitance.
