I was in a car accident on 2007 and went to the emergency room. The hospital was given my insurance card which I KNOW payed 100% fo emergency room visits. I lived colse to the hospital and never received any bills from them or any doctors. About a year later I was contacted by Medclear requesting payment of $180 ER visit debt. I told them I would pay the hospital directly but they said that because it was in collection it could not work that way.
