Well Empire installed carpet in 1 room and laminate in my bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago.The carpet is wore thin already and the main bathroom floor fell in last week (1-7-10).This would have never happened if the crew would have spent $5 on anew wax ring for the toilet.Insted they reused the old one and my toilet has had a small leak since they did the floor.It rotted the 3/8 and 1/2 plywood and even got into my floor joist and started rotting them also.It completely destroyed the floor behind my toilet.There was never 1 drop of water that came... read full review »
