I entered a contract with Jubilee Property Ventures early in 2009. This came after a phone call exclaiming "we want to buy your house". Of course, I was sceptical, but had them send me a contract to review. I had others who were familiar with real estate review the contract with me. They foudn the contract 'real, legit'.
