I had filed loss draft claim with Chase in October for damages to my roof and bathroom and bedroom ceilings. I sent in all the necessary paperwork they say was required for the process:adjustor's report, mortgagee affidavit, contractor's estimates, and waiver of lien form from the contractor and a tax form from contractor. I received the first part of my installment to get materials for work to be done. I found a contractor, he did the repairs. Called the inspector to come and inspect the job.
