I ordered verticals for my doorwall on December 17, 2009. They're website said they ship 3-5 business days after ordering. Numerous emails over the course of the next 3 weeks resulted in a ship date of January 11, 2010. I received the blinds this week, and just went to install them and they neglected to enclose any installation hardware! I have called and emailed the company and being a Saturday, they're closed.
