I initially made an inquiry with an Encore booking agent regarding a payment error. One question led to a very hostile interaction with the agent which led me to take my matter up with the CEO, Lawrence E. Hess. A few back-and-forth with Mr. Hess highlighted why the agents' attitude is the way it is...let's just say customer service (or the lack thereof) trickles down from the top.
