I have tried to file an online complaint with Pfizer US Pharm about their product Chantix. I have already filed with the FDA. NONE of the contact forms on their USA site work. I have filled out several diff. forms 1/2 dozen times today and all comback as "failed". This drug needs to be taken off the market. I had severe mental changes and a very serious suicide attempt that ended me up in ICU. All I want is to file the complaint with the maker of this drug but their website makes it impossible.
