On 01/16/2010, I went into my neighbor Walmart's to cash a check issued to me from the Pennsylvania Department of the Treasury. I presented my Driver's License as the form of identification; however, I was also required to enter my SS# into the keypad at the service counter (twice). Upon request, I also state my date of birth, and my Driver's identification number was entered into the service computer.
