They take your money, month after month, but don't bother to help you configure your system or whatever it is that's needed, to help you listen to the books. I spent 3 months and 3 monthly charges of theirs, trying to get their books to download and to listen to them. Ultimately never did hear a single word from any book. It didn't play back on my computer, nor on my iTouch. They did not refund my money, so I wasted $45 for absolutely nothing. read full review »
