I was promised 250.00 in cc rewards for switching from cable to ATT, Only received $100. I have names, dates, people I have spoke to, I have a tracking number approved in Dec for 2nd 100.00 never sent to me. I have sent 8 messages to customer dispute, with NO ans. I gave permission for a one time withdraw from my acct, and they are still taking out money again every month, without my concent. The people in the reward center are rude, and put false info in my file, confirmed by customer service. No one will help me read full review »
