I bought a Vizio 42 in TV. The product came defective where the LCD screen was loose and was rattling . There was a gap from the frame to the LCD screen in 4 places. The gap was so much that I was able to fold a A4 size paper 4 times and it went through the gap. I called Vizio and they made me run around for 22 days asking me to send them pictures of the T.V on and off etc.. I sent them all the pictures and then there was absolutely no call from them.
