I have had nothing but problems with t-mobile. Trying to resolve issues and get the run around. I can't fight a big corporation, but I am so tired of being told different information from representatives in customer service. I bought a phone from them being assured it would work as a modem with high speed internet on my laptop, later to find out this was not true, then returned that phone and replaced it with a blackberry to use as a modem, which I was able to do and then it stopped working and I called customer service and they told me... read full review »
