I had this card for several years now and I never had any trouble with it. My headache started when I called to closed the account. I spoke to a representative and asked him that I wanted to pay in full and closed my account it all happened in Oct. Everything went according to plan and I was happy to get rid of another card as I'm trying to pay up my debts.
