14 day free trial, if you do not properly return the product with the product code information that must be recovered from calling customer care they will refuse that product to be returned. I have no problem with their terms of return on product. I cannot use product I was HIGHLY ALLERGIC to this product... I called customer care, advised them to cancel my account, do not continue to be bill do not send me more product on December 4, 2009.
