I ordered product online. Thinking this was a free sample I had to only pay shipping for. I used the product for a week, I did not find it useful. I returned the product with the rma. I was recently charged for a processing charge of over 7dollars. I called and asked if I was to e charged more. They said they would charge my account 69.95 if I did not return product. I begged them to give it a few more days to show up in the mail. I did not have the funds to cover the extra 69.95.
